As discussed in our article about updating DNS and changing nameservers, this change can take anywhere between 24 and 72 hours.

In the meantime, we provide you with your login details so you can upload your existing site to our servers first, so when the change does happen customers see your site exactly the same - but hosted on our servers. The change can reach some servers before others, so be prepared for visitors to see two different versions of your site.
