We will notify you several days before we issue an invoice on your account to allow you time to notify us of any changes. Changes or cancellations made after an invoice is created may be subject to an additional charge (for cancellations this may be a percentage of the total invoice amount) so you should inform us immediately if anything changes.

As per our terms and conditions, if monies owed to us in the form of overdue invoices are not paid this will be considered as fraud and our fraud policy, as detailed on our website, will be used to collect such monies without exception.
